OfficerTRAK® provides standard-rate SMS (Short Messaging Service) programs that provide various types of information to our OfficerTRAK customers. Subscribers in our programs have provided express consent to receive recurring messages from OfficerTRAK® while understanding that consent is not a condition of service from OfficerTRAK®, and that message and data rates may apply.

OfficerTRAK® Agent office texting terms and conditions

OfficerTRAK® uses SMS (Short Messaging Service). These text messaging services are used to provide various types of information to OfficerTRAK® customers and individuals regarding multi-factor authentication and schedule updates/opportunities.

Recipients of these messages may receive recurring text messages at varying frequencies from an OfficerTRAK® phone number. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of service from OfficerTRAK® and message and data rates may apply.  

You can stop receiving text messages from a specific Agent Office at any time. Just text ” STOP” to the OfficerTRAK® phone number. After you send the text message you will be sent a confirmation message that validates your wish to unsubscribe. After responding to this message with a “Yes”, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from OfficerTRAK® unless you opt back in.  

If you want to receive text messages again, text “START” to the OfficerTRAK® phone number, which will be considered express consent for OfficerTRAK® to continue to send SMS messages.

You can also update your ability to receive/discontinue SMS messages from your user settings within OfficerTRAK.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
