What is OFFICER
OfficerTRAK®, is a proprietary software solution created to streamline processes and provide accountability utilizing web and mobile app technology. We utilize our custom Publish Engine™ to distribute jobs to officers on their mobile apps in numerous different ways, ensuring fairness and accuracy in officer job selections.
When the assignment is started, the officer will clock in and clock out using OfficerTRAK® with GPS technology. This app empowers officers by providing the details of a customer’s request and tracking the officers who work those assignments. Officers can document information within the mobile app including video, photos and notes.
OfficerTRAK® provides agencies with a suite of tools to manage off duty jobs. The web application allows customers and agency administrators to create and manage off duty jobs with numerous, value added features. Once a job has been created, users can utilize the custom Publish Engine to distribute jobs to officers on their mobile apps in numerous different ways, ensuring fairness and accuracy in officer job selections.
The OfficerTRAK® mobile app provides officers all the information they need to complete their off duty job. This app empowers officers by providing the details of a customer’s request and tracking the officers who work those assignments. Officers receive notifications prior to the start of their job, clock in and out and are provided all the information.
